The firm’s land use department has extensive experience in all areas of land use law. The firm currently represents the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Borough of Ramsey, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Allendale, and the Township of Wyckoff. The firm has previously represented the Planning Board for the Township of Wyckoff, as well as the Zoning Board for the Borough of Saddle River. In addition to representing Municipalities and Boards in the area of land use, the firm represents numerous developers in Northern and Central New Jersey. The law firm as been appointed as a Special Master by the Superior Court of New Jersey to mediate developmental and affordable housing between municipalities within the counties of Bergen and Passaic.
