Robert E. Landel, Esq.
Currently handles matters in the
following areas: Family Law (including Divorce,
Custody and Support issues,) Land Use (including
Planning and Zoning Board Applications), Residential
and Commercial Real Estate, Local Government Law
and Criminal and Municipal Court matters.
Mr. Landel graduated from the Rutgers University
School of Law in 1992 and Syracuse University in
1989. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey
and Pennsylvania. Mr. Landel was previously associated
with the firm Hook, Torack & Smith in Franklin
Lakes, New Jersey where he concentrated in the area
of Family Law and general litigation.
Mr. Landel is currently the Township Attorney for
the Township of Wyckoff and the Attorney for the
Borough of Allendale’s Zoning Board Adjustment.
Mr. Landel has previously served as Prosecutor and
Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Wyckoff.
Mr. Landel is currently a member of the New Jersey
State and Bergen County Bar Associations and is
an active volunteer with the Bergen County’s
Alternatives to Domestic Violence Program.

G. Bernstein, Esq.
Ari G. Bernstein
has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Business
and Corporate Law, Commercial and Residential Real
Estate Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Employment
Law and Civil Litigation.
On the business and corporate side, Ari counsels corporations,
partnerships, limited partnerships, joint ventures
and limited liability companies in every stage, from
formation to dissolution, assisting those entities
with financing, restructuring, tax aspects and organizational
governance. He also has extensive experience in employment
law related issues including the drafting and negotiation
of employment agreements, severance agreements and
employment litigation.
On the real estate side, Ari counsels clients with
leasing, acquisitions, sales and financing of commercial
and residential properties. His clients include national
retailers, land developers, owners of industrial and
office properties, and commercial real estate brokers.
His responsibilities regularly include the preparation,
review and negotiation of contracts, leases, notes,
mortgages and related documents for commercial (including
office, industrial, warehouse and retail) and residential
properties. Additionally, he serves as legal counsel
for numerous condominium associations throughout New
Jersey.
Ari’s practice includes all phases of probate,
including estate planning, estate administration and
estate litigation. He counsels individuals and families
in planning for the orderly transition and disposition
of their assets with the least tax consequences to
the family and beneficiaries.
Ari has extensive experience in Civil Litigation and
Personal Injury matters, including wrongful death
litigation, automobile accidents, traumatic brain
injury, motorcycle accidents and slip and fall accidents.
Ari graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in
1989 and Pace University School of Law in 1992. He
is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York
and is a member of the New Jersey and New York State
Bars.
Joseph
G. Kalosieh, Esq.
Joseph G. Kalosieh, Esq. concentrates
in the areas of general taxation and IRS disputes,
estate planning (including Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable
Trusts and Powers of Attorney), estate administration,
Elder Law and business planning (including formations,
Buy-Sell, Employment and Partnership Agreements).
Mr. Kalosieh also handles residential real estate
transactions.
Mr. Kalosieh graduated from New York University ‘s
Graduate Law Program with an LL.M. degree in Taxation
in 1993, from Rutgers University School of Law in
1992 and from Fordham University in 1989.
Mr. Kalosieh is a former Member of the law firm of
Kalosieh & Kalosieh in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
Mr. Kalosieh is admitted in the States of New Jersey,
New York and the District of Columbia as well as the
United States Tax Court. He is a member of the New
Jersey and New York Bar Associations, a member of
the NJBA Tax and Probate Sections, the NYBA Probate
Section and the Bergen County Bar Association.
